Oops! March is almost over.
But it doesn't mean that I have spent Q1 2008 without a theme.
"Pathétique", one of Beethoven's piano sonata have reverberated in my head since the first of the year. I didn't say anything but decided that the sonata is my theme for Q1 2008. Sorry for my late blogging. :)
I was so right! Choosing "Utai Zenya" as my theme song for Q4 works very well.
I thought too hard about our strengths and weaknesses. My resilience has been made me feel depressed. I couldn't lead to an answer to my tortured soul so I kept searching for a book of secrets which says that pity never turn into passion. I was so wrong.
In "Utai Zenya", "I" admit spending time thinking of broken romance. Individual thoughts are generalized down to "how much I love you". This simple idea made me stop thinking then the answer came from the clouds.
Do you know the difference between independent and dependent? That's the ability to understand the meaning of words. The difference is the LIFE itself.
"Seishun Kyousoukyoku" by Sunny Day Service is one of my favorite songs and released in 1995. I was traveling around Europe by myself in 1995. I've been doing what I love to do always! How could I be dependent? I'm working because I enjoy working, not just for my independence.
Tomorrow is my birthday. I'm so grateful to my parents and you!
Oops! It's November already and I'm still doing the same thing over and over.
I keep thinking why shocking photostreams are replayed in my head plenty of times and they never fade away. I keep thinking which do I prefer, building a relationship based on pity or passion. I keep searching scientific backing for my thoughts.
In this song, she spends time thinking about how much she loved her ex-lover. Very simple, true feelings. No scientific support is required. I think this is just what I need now.
Utai Zenya is my theme song for Q4, hoping to stop searching answers until the end of this year.
Time does fly fast! It's time to begin thinking about the theme song for Q4.
I'm looking for a song which reminds me not to keep doing the same thing over and over.
Do you know a song called "Around The World" by Monkey Majik? Recently I found that this song has an English version, though the Japanese version written almost in English. Several Japanese part of the lyrics are not translated but aggregated into one phrase. One of my favorite expressions in the phrase is "I'll find the hero inside me". These words produce motivation and remind me my life philosophy.
My father passed away ten years ago, though our family keeps celebrating his birthday. The birthday party is a substitute for a Buddhist memorial service for us because we have no religion at all. He loved drinking very much, and so are his children. Naturally we get together and go out drinking on the day every year. It has now become our family custom.
